In most states in the USA and in most provinces in Canada, Daylight-Saving Time (DST) is observed. Arizona is in the Mountain Time Zone but does not observe daylight saving time, so ISA is on Pacific Daylight Time from mid-March to early November and Mountain Time (MT) in the Winter.
