Welcome to the ISA Employment website where you will find links and resources to help you find a job in international studies. Universities, departments, and research institutions may submit advertisements to fill job openings and job seekers may use our resources to aid their job search. Job Listings

We have compiled an index of job openings listed in order of post date, noting the institution, job title, and application deadline. These positions include all fields and subfields of international studies as well as administrative and research positions.

Submit Job Ad

If you are a university or research institution seeking to employ international studies scholars, please use the form linked below to submit an employment announcement. There is a $50 fee for posting employment ads on the ISA website. As soon as we receive your announcement we will send you an invoice and post your ad. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express or by check or money order from a financial institution with a branch office in the U.S. International money orders are also acceptable. We offer secure PayPal online payments if you prefer. We will maintain your ad on our website until your application deadline or you let us know that the position has been filled. Your ad will also be distributed to our private member listserv and a brief announcement will be posted to the ISA News blog. Submission Methods

We will accept your job ad using the following methods:

  • E-Mail: You may send us your ad in the body of an e-mail, sent to isa@u.arizona.edu.
  • E-Mail: You may send us your ad as a file attachment (text, rich text, MS Word)
  • Online: You may submit your ad online using the form below.

Please note that this submission form is a bit different than the one previously used. Unfortunately, spammers have forced us to change our method of collecting job ads.  Other than  that, the process remains the same.  We will let you know when your job ad is received and posted to the website.
