The Association of Internationalists (Association des Internationalistes) is inherently multidisciplinary. Its purpose is to bring together French-speaking specialists in international relations in various fields, to facilitate cooperation in scientific and university, and encourage the recognition and promotion of their subjects by national and international authorities. Its aim is also to facilitate their contacts with government, businesses, private organizations, foreign associations pursuing similar goals, and the media.
This is to help develop a pool of international relations scholars, economists, geographers, historians, jurists, political scientists and others from a multidisciplinary orientation to higher education, research, and expertise which may require public authorities and private organizations, pool with the same abundance and wealth that even in other major countries.
It does not constitute a "French School" or even French International Relations, as the variety of orientations that exist within the Association would make this goal in vain, and indeed it would be scientifically meaningless. But these approaches promote specific views originals, which, from the Francophone and resolutely comparative perspective, will give relief to the debates in which these disciplines are subject to international level and help to ensure diversity.
The Association of Internationalist, according to its statutes, will hold its General Assembly during the initial months and will define its own activities. They include in particular the holding of annual Days of International Relations on selected topics involving the specialists. In view of this General Assembly, the Committee invites you to join by registering at the following address: asso.inter @ gmail.com
