The Kokkalis Program on Southeastern and East-Central Europe was established in September 1997 at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University with the aim of building bridges and networks for peace across Southeastern and East-Central Europe and between the region and the rest of the world. The Kokkalis Program is an integrated network of educational and research activities that aims to support the transition to democracy and market economy now underway in the Balkans by bringing together senior policy-makers, scholars and students.
