The World International Studies Committee (WISC) is a network of different national and international professional associations dealing with international relations and related disciplines. For the next three years the organizing tasks of the WISC will be conducted from the University of Ljubljana, its Faculty of Social Sciences.
WISC is comprised of 20 international, regional and national international studies associations or sections of political studies associations, including the following: the Brazilian Political Science Association, British International Studies Association (BISA), Central and East European International Studies Association (CEEISA), Chinese Association of Political Science (Taipei), Croatian Association for International Studies, European Consortium for Political Research – Standing Group for International Relations (ECPR – SGIR), French Political Science Association – International Studies Section (AFSP – SEI), German Association of Political Science – International Relations Section, Hong Kong Political Science Association, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, International Studies Association (ISA), Israeli Association of International Studies (IAIS), Japanese Association of International Relations (JAIR), Korean Association of International Studies (KAIS), Latin American School of Social Sciences (FLACSO), Mexican International Studies Association (MISA), Nordic International Studies Association (NISA), Portuguese Association of the History of International Relations (APHRI), Russian International Studies Association (RISA), Turkish Political Science Association.
