The Journal of Strategic Security (JSS), a publication of Henley-Putnam University, seeks manuscripts for the Fall 2012 (Vol. 5, No. 3) issue on Energy Security. The relationship between energy and security is a strategic issue that cuts across political, economic, environmental, and global security sectors. Securing access to energy sources, particularly gas and oil reserves, as well as securing access to markets and energy delivery is the main driver of foreign and security policy of many key international players. Private industries as well as the public have vested interests in Energy Security. For this issue of JSS, the editors welcome manuscripts that offer strategic insights about the nature and mechanisms of Energy Security and their possible implications for global security. The Journal looks forward to receiving submissions by the June 1, 2012 deadline. Submission Guidelines have been posted here.
