ISA members have been invited to participate in an innovative project aimed at connecting cultures through social media. Global Voice Hall has been created to facilitate communication and understanding between the West and Middle East. The first global "town hall" takes place on November 23, 2011 at 6PM Eastern, live from American University in Cairo. Anyone who signs up for a free account can participate via Twitter, Facebook and a live-streaming comment option. Panelists Shadi Hamid, director of research at the Brookings Doha Center; Gameela Ismail, Egyptian activist; and Dalia Ziada, blogger and Egyptian rights activist, will discuss the events of Arab spring and what it means for Egypt’s future. Please visit www.globalvoicehall.com to join this great project.
