The conference hosts invite proposals for the 2nd Annual Conference on Terrorism and Global Security: Exploring New Centers of Gravity and Clausewitz in today’s Global Security to be held September 1-2, 2011 at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC. A Paper proposal of no more than 250 words is to be sent with your name, paper title, position, and institutional affiliation to 2011conference@amisc.org addressing where we potentially should be focusing. Topics may include: terrorism and civil liberties, law enforcement, domestic laws, laws of armed conflict, information sharing, regional hotspots, education systems, and modern warfare.
