The Intelligence Studies Section (ISS) of the International Studies Association, is pleased to announce the opening of the annual competition for the Intelligence Studies Section Student Paper Award. The $500 award is made annually by ISS in recognition of excellence for the best undergraduate or graduate student paper on a subject dealing with intelligence presented at the ISA annual conference. The competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in any university or college in a humanities, social science, or similar program. Only papers submitted and presented at the 2011 ISA Annual Convention are eligible. Papers may be nominated until March 15, 2011. Please see the award website for more information.
