CFP: Education for Peace, Social Inclusion & Sustainable Development

Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, is organizing an International Conference on the theme Education for Peace, Social Inclusion and Sustainable Development: Towards a Paradigm Shift during 8-10 December 2010. The focus of the Conference is on the correlation of education with peace, social inclusion and sustainable development. The Conference will consider: the Conceptualization of the role of Education for Peace, Social Inclusion and Sustainable Development; International and Indian Experiences related to Education for Peace, Social Inclusion and Sustainable Development; Challenges and Opportunities associated with the Internationalization of Higher Education; The Kerala Experience in promoting Education for Peace, Social Inclusion and Sustainable Development. We propose to invite 15-20 Resource Persons from India and abroad  as Special Invitees for the Conference.  The Special Invitees are requested to forward the Abstract  and register for the ICMGU2010 on or before 30 September 2010. All Special Invitees are required to submit the full paper on or before 30 October 2010. The University shall provide airport transfer from Cochin international Airport (COK)  to  the University Campus at Kottayam, accommodation, local conveyance and hospitality during 7-11 December 2010  to all registered  Special Invitees.
