The organizers invite paper and panel proposals for the 38th Annual Mid-Atlantic Region Association for Asian Studies Conference, to be held October 22-24, 2010, at Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pennsylvania. The conference theme is Sustainable Asia: Challenges and Opportunities. Please send a completed proposal form along with a one-page abstract for each proposed paper by May 1, 2010 to David Kenley, the MAR/AAS 2010 Program Chair.
