ESRC & SSRC Fellowships

The Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) and the Social Science Research Council (SSRC) are pleased to announce fellowships for scholars from the Americas (North, Central, South and the Caribbean) to visit and engage in collaborative activities with members of ESRC-supported projects in Britain, or for British scholars at ESRC-supported projects to visit collaborators in the Americas, between 1 June 2009 and 31 August 2010.  The deadline to submit an application is 12 noon GMT and 5pm EST on 20 March 2009. Applicants should email applications and CVs (maximum of 2 pages) to visiting-scholars@ssrc.org, with the applicant's full name in the subject heading. Nominators should email letters of endorsement directly to visiting-scholars@ssrc.org, with the full name of the nominee in the subject heading.
