CfP: Fences and Walls in International Relations

Paper and panel proposals on the theme Fences and Walls in International Relations are invited for a conference to be held in Montreal on April 1st 2009 under the auspices of the Raoul-Dandurand Chair of Strategic and Diplomatic Studies at the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM). The conference will be based on a multi-disciplinary approach, and therefore all proposals and all fields will be considered. Priority will be given to graduate students.
