The Lewis & Clark College Department of International Affairs invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in developing areas beginning in August 2009. We seek candidates specializing in international relations with demonstrated research and training in Latin America, Africa, or Asia, and the capacity to teach courses and conduct research projects focusing on more than one country in their region of expertise. Potential for excellent teaching and a strong publication record are expected. A Ph.D. preferably in political science is required at the time of appointment.
