The UNESCO Forum on Higher Education, Research and Knowledge invites researchers to submit abstracts for its upcoming Global Research Seminar on Research and Knowledge Systems.
The seminar will be held from 28 – 30 November 2008. The UNESCO Forum is an initiative that focuses on research in and on Higher Education and Knowledge. The central objective is to broaden our understanding of systems, structures, policies, trends and developments in higher education, research and knowledge with a special focus on low and middle income countries. Related areas of interests are research on agriculture and health research systems, since they are important elements of the national research systems in low and middle income countries. Your Research Abstract should describe your research: areas, methodology, research partners, outcomes to date, future perspectives (2-3 pages maximum).
Deadlines
- 20 September 2008: Submission of Research Abstracts to grs@unesco.org
- 15 October 2008: Selection of successful submissions
