Award Details
The International Law Book Award recognizes a book that excels in originality, significance and rigor in the broadly defined field of international law. The ILAW Book Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of international law. Eligible books must be original works, may be single- or multi-authored, and must have been published in 2012 or 2013.
Eligibility
- The subject matter of the book must fall into the broadly defined category of international law. Questions regarding the scope of the subject will be resolved by the sole discretion of the Selection Committee.
Nomination Process
- Manuscripts should be submitted to by September 1, 2012. Please submit, by September 1, 2012, three copies of the nominated book directly to the book committee members at the addresses listed below.
- Decisions of the Selection Committee are final.
Prize
- The winner will be announced at the Section Business Meeting and will be awarded a cash prize of $200 and an award certificate.
