Jeanne joined the staff at ISA in September 2000. In her role as Director of Conventions & Meetings she is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all non-panel functions associated with the Annual Convention and bi-annual International Conferences. She performs the marketing and sales functions for the Convention Program, oversees Exhibition and Advertising sales, and manages hotel and vendor contracts. Jeanne also coordinates all workshops, business meetings, and receptions that take place during the Annual Convention and handles all food and beverage orders for ISA and affiliate events.

Jeanne earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Arizona. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential in 2005 and is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association.
