ISA-CISS Bologna 2017- Proposal Submission Open

The International Studies Association Comparative Interdisciplinary Studies section is pleased to announce proposals are being accepted for our 2017 conference, June 28-30, 2017 in Bologona, Italy. ISA-CISS, in collaboration with the School of Political Science at the University of Bologna and its Department of Political and Social Sciences, invites paper, panel and roundtable proposals on any subject related to international interdisciplinary studies, broadly defined, for our annual conference. Proposals related to our theme, Cooperation and Contestation in World Politics, are especially encouraged. Please see our call for more details. Proposal submissions open immediately - please submit your proposals through the ISA submission system. The proposal submission deadline is Wednesday, February 15, 2017.

ISA 2018-2019 Officer Election Results

Thank you to all who participated in the recent election for the 2018-2019 ISA Governing Council Officer Election. The election was held Saturday, November 5 – Monday, December 5, 2016 through ISA's online voting system. We are pleased to announce the newly elected officers for the 2018-2019 term.

Hong Kong 2017 Program Announced!

ISA and HKU are delighted to announce our 2017 Preliminary Program. The Hong Kong 2017 Conference will be held at the Hong Kong University, in Hong Kong, China on June 15th-18th, 2017. ISA 2017 Convention Updates

The conference is approaching fast. Here are a few things to keep on top of in the next month: 

Booking Your Hotel: If you haven't booked your hotel room yet, now is the time! The Renaissance Baltimore has lowered its double rate, applicable to new and existing reservations. 

Check Your Information: Check your name and affiliation in your ISA account, as they will be included in the printed program at ISA 2017 - which goes to press soon!

Traveling to Baltimore: The ISA 2017 Travel Website includes information about getting to Baltimore, getting around Baltimore, and things to do while you're there - and a personalized website, created by the city of Baltimore for ISA 2017, with a wealth of information about Baltimore - check it out!
