The Global Diplomatic Forum is organising the Fifth Edition of Young Diplomats Forum in London between the 7th and the 11th  of September. The Young Diplomats Forum is a global gathering of diplomats and aspiring diplomats below the age of 35. Previous editions took place in Turkey, Mexico, Greece and the United Kingdom and past participants came from more than 150 countries.

The World International Studies Committee (WISC) has issued a "Call for Hosts" for a first round of "Exploratory Workshops" in the Global South. Organizations and institutions interested in hosting workshops are encouraged to submit an application by July 1, 2015.  WISC is an ISA Partner Organization.

ISA members are invited to register for the World Simulation Project. The simulation offers ISA members an innovative, informative and enjoyable way to network on Facebook with colleagues across the globe before the ISA convention and during an ISA workshop in New Orleans, 2015. Registration opens on January 15th.

APSA is currently accepting proposals from political scientists interested in serving as co-leaders for the 2015 MENA Workshops program. Submissions must come from a team of two scholars based at universities in the MENA region and two in the US or Europe. Those applying to be co-leaders should propose the workshop theme, locations, and regional host partners. The application deadline is December 14, 2014.

The Law and Society Program at Philadelphia University and The Antitrust Bulletin invite paper submissions for presentation at a symposium on “Capitalism, Antitrust, and Democracy” to be held at the Arlen Specter Center for Public Policy on the East Falls campus of Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, PA on Saturday, November 8, 2014. Proposals are due by June 6, 2014.
