The International Law Section’s Distinguished Scholar Award recognizes an individual whose lifetime achievements in scholarship, teaching, and mentoring have made a significant impact on the study of international law. 
Please submit nominations for the Distinguished Scholar award by May 6th. Each nomination should include a letter of support and a CV for the individual nominated. As a general guideline, nominees should have a substantial record of publishing in the field and service to the section
The FTGS book award recognizes a book published in the last two years that excels in originality, impact, and rigor towards furthering feminist theory...
The Diplomatic Studies Section Award Committee is pleased to announce that the Committee has completed deliberations and nominated the winners for this year’s Book Award and Article Award. The winners were announced at the DPLST business meeting at the ISA 2016 Convention in Atlanta. The Committee is grateful to everyone who nominated a book for consideration. The field was very strong this year and it was a pleasure to celebrate such excellent and diverse scholarship in our field.

Each year ISA presents a number of awards at the Annual Convention. In addition to these, our sub-groups (regions, sections, caucuses) also present their own awards at their business meetings or conferences during the year. ISA is pleased to announce the winners of the ISA-sponsored awards.
