The Ethnicity, Nationalism and Migration Section (ENMISA) Distinguished Scholar Award Committee invites nominations for the 2016 award. Nominations are due by April 20th.

The International Communication Section (ICOMM) announces that Milton L. Mueller is the winner of the ICOMM Best Paper Award for his paper “Are We in a Digital Cold War.” The award will be presented at the upcoming ISA Annual Convention in New Orleans.

Holsti Distinguished Scholar Award has been extended until January 15th.  Please send nominations to Carolyn James, President, ISA West at ccjames1@msn.com.  Please note that nominees must be in the ISA West region and must be able to attend our region's annual conference this coming September 25th & 26th.

ISA invites applications from junior scholars for the James N. Rosenau Postdoctoral Fellowship. The competition is open to scholars in the social sciences and humanities who have received their Ph.D. within the past two years or who will receive their Ph.D. on or by July 1, 2015. The non-resident fellowship is granted for a duration of 12 months and the successful candidate must be an ISA member by the start date. The stipend is $50,000. All application materials must be submitted electronically to postdoc@isanet.org on or before January 15, 2015.
