After careful review of nominees and careful deliberations, the International Studies Association Nominating Committee (Birol Yesilada [chair], Sabine Carey, Tricia Lynne Sullivan, Kelly M. Kadera, Burcu Savun, Hendrik Spruyt, Galia Press-Barnathan, Kamal Sadiq, and Benjamin O. Fordham) agreed on a single slate of candidates for ISA Officers and selected nominees for at-large representatives to the governing council.

Welcome to the third installment of the ISA Sapphire Series! The Sapphire Series is designed to highlight key issues in the field and in international affairs. These talks bring together featured scholars and practitioners to discuss current world events, trends in academic research, and new challenges in teaching and learning. These sessions have been recorded and made available to ISA members on our Professional Resource Center website.

Representing over 100 countries, ISA has more than 6,500 members worldwide and is the most respected and widely known scholarly association in this field. Endeavoring to create communities of scholars dedicated to international studies, ISA is divided into 6 geographic subdivisions of ISA (Regions), 29 thematic groups (Sections) and 4 Caucuses which provide opportunities to exchange ideas and research with local colleagues and within specific subject areas.
