In response to the momentus events of yesterday, our program chairs have organized a special pop-up roundtable discussion about Brexit. We hope you'll be able to join us for this exciting event!

On Site Conference Services

The check-in/registration desk will continue to be open Friday, from 8:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:am through 12noon. Feel free to stop by with any questions or concerns. Staff and volunteers are here to assist with anything from local restuarant suggestions to membership renewals.

Tourist Excursions

We have a few final seats available for the excursions around Slovenia (Bled, Postojna Caves and the Slovenian Coast). If you're interested in joining, please make your reservations at the link below. Reservations must be made in advance - we are unable to take payments at the deparature site. Additionally, if you're interested in touring Ljubljana itself, CurioCity has partnered with our conference to offer several options around town.

Events Around Ljubljana

Events are taking place around Ljubljana all this week celebrating the 25th anniversary of independence, including a ceremony this evening that will begin in the City Center at 9pm (21:00) (Congress square/Kongresni Trg and Square of the Republic). Additionally, the Open Kitchen Food Market takes place today through this evening (10m-11pm/10:00-23:00) where you can taste Slovenian and international foods and learn about preparation. Want to go elsewhere? GoOpti has partnered with our conference to offer discounted rates to attendees throughout the region and to various airports.
