The Ethnicity, Nationalism and Migration Section (ENMISA) Martin O. Heisler Award Selection Committee invites nominations and submissions for the section's annual graduate student paper competition. Papers must have been presented at the ISA Annual Convention in 2016 (Atlanta) to qualify, and recipients must be current ISA members. The committee welcomes papers from any discipline advancing our understanding of ethnicity, nationalism and migration.

A nomination letter, abstract, and an electronic copy of the paper should be sent via email by September15, 2016 to each committee member. Self-nominations are welcome.
