ISA's Post-Communist Systems in International Relations Section (POSTCOMM) invites nominations for the Robert H. Donaldson Prize.

Previous winners of the award are Prof. Mikhail Molchanov (St. Thomas University, Canada), Dr.  Andrey (MGIMO-U, Russia) and Dr. David Svarin (Kings College, UK).

All formalities for taking part at the competition you may find at ISA website (http://www.isanet.org/Programs/Awards/Robert-H-Donaldson)

The most important requirements are:

  • Submissions must be in English and be between 5000 and 7500 words long, including references and notes.
  • Submissions should not include information about the author—a separate sheet ( in a separate file) providing the author’s name and institutional affiliation should be included with the submitted paper.
  • Self-references in the text and/or notes of the paper should be redacted before submission.
  • Submissions should be sent to the Award Committee Chair in electronic format as either a pdf file or WORD document.

There is not too much time left for submission of your papers (5000 and 7500 words long, including references and notes). Please, send them (two separate files according to competition rules) to my e-mail address and I will forward all your papers to members of Committee, which has been established at 2014 POSTCOMM Business meeting exactly for this purpose and confirmed in New Orleans in February 2015.

Submission deadline is 5 p.m. East, September 1, 2015, nominations should be sent to: Dr. Stanislav Tkachenko at stanislavltkachenko@gmail.com.
