IO Distinguished Scholar Award Call for Nominations

The IO Distinguished Scholar Award recognizes scholars of exceptional merit who have made distinctive marks in the field and whose influence, intellectual works, and mentorship will likely continue to impact the field for years to come.  Former/current colleagues and students will be invited to be on a roundtable honouring the awardee at the ISA Annual Convention. The roundtable generally precedes the IO Section reception at the convention. 

Recipients must meet the following criteria:

1.     Recipients must be a current member of ISA.

2.     Recipients must be able to attend the 2016 ISA Annual Convention in Atlanta where the awardee will be honoured in a panel and at a reception.

3.     The committee encourages nominators to take into account the diversity of our field.

Nominations should include a short narrative touching on the qualities listed above and a current CV. Please forward nominations to the selection committee chair, Erin Hannah at ehannah2@uwo.ca by 19 May 2015.
