When you arrive at the Hilton for the ISA Annual Convention you will want to stop by our Check-in and On-Site Registration desk where attendees may pick up their programs and name badges. All convention attendees MUST wear name badges at all times while at the Convention and in all Convention spaces.

On-Site Reg

The Registration and Check-in area is located in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside (2 Poydras Street) on the First Level (near the Grand Ballroom). We will have two areas, one for those who have pre-registered and one for on-site registration, just look for the signs. If you registered online or by phone before the online registration deadline of Feb. 4th, you may pick up your program and name badge at the Pre-Registration Desk. If you registered by phone after the online deadline or still need to register, visit the On-Site Registration Desk. ISA registration hours are:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 17: 1pm - 6pm
  • Wed, Feb. 18 - Fri, Feb. 20: 7:30am - 6pm
  • Sat, Feb. 21: 8am - 4pm

Our on-site registration rates are listed on our website here. We look forward to seeing you in New Orleans!
