Participant Information for ISA 2018

Here are the most important things to make sure you have done:

Submit Your Proposal(s)

The proposal process for the 2018 ISA Convention opens mid April and proposals can be submitted through June 1st. Please be aware of the rules governing our submission types as well as our participation limits before you submit.

Hear from the Experts

We talked to some of our conference experts and asked them what makes for a great abstract, what are some common mistakes they see, and what would be some advice for first-timers. We've now compiled their answers together so that you can read their advice on putting together a great proposal!

Meet ISA

Our Sections design about 80% of the program. The remainder is designed by our Program Chairs (selecting theme papers), our Caucuses, Partner Organizations, and through our Special Programs. So, we recommend you get to know our various groups before you submit your proposal to find the best fit for your work.
