Hotel and Travel Information

Travel Information

We're excited to see you in New Orleans! This year, our primary hotel is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. We will have panels and meetings in a few different hotels, but registration, badge pickup, and the exhibit hall will all be located in the Hilton Riverside.

Restaurants

With the celebrations happening throughout the city, planning meals may be a little more difficult. The New Orleans Conventions and Visitors Bureau has provided a list of restaurants that will be open during Mardi Gras week and Ash Wednesday. Please note that reservations are highly encouraged and business hours may be subject to change due to the holidays.

Hotels

The ISA hotels are now open for booking; but, our main hotels have all sold out. ISA room rates are from February 16th through February 22nd (with very limited availability for the night of the 16th). Please note, one night's deposit is required to make a hotel reservation for all of the ISA headquarter hotels. Also, reservations are available Tuesday night to Saturday night. Reservations outside of this block will likely be charged a higher rate.
