How to Submit a Proposal

Submissions should be emailed to the following based on the geographical location of the proposer (NOT the geographical subject of the proposal).

Papers: Individual paper proposals will be grouped into panels. 

Paper proposals need:

  1. A cover letter indicating institutional affiliation and contact information of proposer
  2. A title
  3. An abstract, no more than 100 words
  4. 5 keywords/concepts, which can be used to highlight the contents of the proposed contribution
  5. All author(s) information: names, affiliations, email addresss and roles (including 1 chair)
  6. Which of the 5 categories (listed in the call) under which the proposal should be considered

Panels: Although the workshop will be organized by categories listed in the Call, and the organizers will put papers together based on those, we anticipate that there may be room for a few complete pre-formed panels. 

Panel proposals must include:

  1. A cover letter indicating institutional affiliation/contact information of proposer
  2. A title
  3. An abstract, no more than 100 words
  4. 5 keywords/concepts, which can be used to highlight the contents of the proposed contribution
  5. The author/participant information: name(s), affiliation(s) and email address(s)
  6. A brief description of any special arrangements needed beyond the usual (individual presentations followed by interaction with the audience). 

Please note, the chair of a panel proposal will be responsible for disseminating all communications to fellow panel members.
