Advertisers are asked to provide their ads no later than October 14, 2016 and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Print Ads

We expect to print about 5000 copies of our hardcopy program

  • PDF ONLY - Set as X1A (press quality if not available) 
  • Electronic Media (TRUE black and white only)
  • No bleed
  • High resolution, 300 dpi or higher preferred
Online Ads

Thousands of attendees visit our convention webpages every year

  • Image ads must be image file types jpg or png
  • Animated gif files are not permitted
  • Image ads are displayed on a rotating basis on all designated pages
  • Ad viewing analytics are available upon request
